This wonderful resource is designed to guide students through conducting a science experiment while following the scientific method. Headings include: Title, Experiment Question(s), Background Research, Materials, Hypothesis, Procedure, Observations, Data/Analysis, Results/Conclusion, and What I Learned. This template allows students to write and also draw pictures to better show their learning.

I use this resource every year to prepare my students for Science Jam. After conducting a few experiments together as a group, students then feel ready to attempt one independently.
